r 'A, you could convert to numbers and look for 65.
I've been hesitant to load in MATCH along with the initial obarray
(thereby placeing it and all its baggage on both obarrays) until
I heard from you again.

One thing - any symbols that should be on all obarrays ***and which
are SAIL-specific*** can be inserted on the list, setup by ccload,
called SAIL-MORE-SYSFUNS. Generally, the files
MC:LISP;TAPE10 BYTPAK MC:LISP;TAPE10 CTL
are the files with commands to respectively BYTPAK and DUMPER to make
a tape for export.

one way is always to use one specific obarray. e.g.
(SET ((LAMBDA (OBARRAY) (INTERN (GET ...))) COBARRAY) <mumble>)
